Tracking Progress
When you turn on "Track Progress" in Details & Actions, you can check the progress of course content. Students' progress can be tracked for learning modules, folders, documents, and links.
Setting Procedure

Click the [Turn on] link under Track Progress in Details & Actions.

A panel will appear on the right side. Click [Off] and set it to [On].

Finally, click [Save].

If the link under Track Progress changes to [Turn off], you can check the progress status.
Progress Checking Procedure
- Click the […] on the content listed in the course content.
- Select [Student Progress] from the menu.
- You can check the progress of the content for each student. You can filter the list by student name or progress status.
- You can check the students and click [Message] to send a message to specific students.
Student Activity Report
You can check the submission status and grade distribution for assignments, tests, and forms (surveys). The student activity report can be viewed for each content type: assignments, tests, forms, and discussion boards.
Confirmation Procedure
- Click the […] on the content listed in the course content.
- Select [Student Activity] from the menu. (You can also access it from the [Student Activity] tab at the top of each content's edit page.)
- You can review the student activity report. Click the download button to download the student activity report in CSV format.
(Note: The downloaded CSV file is saved with the "UTF-8" character encoding. If you open it directly in Excel, the text may be garbled. To avoid this, use the "Get & Transform Data" feature in the Data tab, and select "From Text/CSV" to import the data.) - Clicking the […] on a student row allows you to send a message to that specific student.
