Overview of Features
The Ultra Course View consists of the following interface elements:

| 1 | Course menu | The basic navigation menu of the course. You cannot add, edit, or delete items. |
| 2 | Instructor information |
Displays the names of instructors assigned to the course. If multiple instructors are registered, click [Show More] to view all names. To specify which instructors are shown, click the […] next to the desired name in the user list, open Member Info, and check Instructor under course settings. |
| 3 | Details & Tools | Tools menu. Progress tracking, course availability settings, and the question bank are visible only to instructors. |
| 4 | Course schedule | Menu for adding events to the course calendar. Only visible when adding an event for the first time. |
| 5 | Add content | Menu for adding teaching materials, assignments, or tests. Only shown when no content is published. |
| 6 | AI content generator | Menu for creating content using AI. Only shown when no content is published. |
| 7 | Course settings | Configure which tools are available in the course. |
| 8 | Student Preview | View course content as students would see it, including tests. |
| 9 | Content options | Menu for actions such as course copy, import/export. |
| 10 | Search course content | Allows you to search within course materials. |
| × | Close course | Click the × in the top-left corner to return to the base navigation. |
Course Menu

| 1 | Content | Use this to upload teaching materials, tests, and assignments. |
| 2 | Calendar | Add course events to the calendar. |
| 3 | Announcements | Post announcements to students enrolled in the course. You can also send them via email. |
| 4 | Discussion board | Enables discussion between instructors and students or among students. |
| 5 | Grade report | Instructors can manage grades; students can view their own grades. |
| 6 | Messages | Allows messaging between course users. You can also send messages via email. |
| 7 | Analytics | View student activity within the course. (Instructor-only) |
| 8 | Groups | Use this menu to divide students into groups. |
Details & Tools

| 1 | User list |
View users registered in the course. See User Registration for more details. |
| 2 | Progress tracking | When enabled, students can view their progress. (Must be turned on by the instructor.) |
| 3 | Course Image | Set a banner image for the course. |
| 4 | Class Collaborate | Tool for live online classes. |
| 5 | Attendance | Tool for recording attendance. |
| 6 | Books and tools | Access tools like Echo360, Zoom, etc. |
| 7 | Question bank | Use this to copy test questions from other courses. |
Course Settings
Click [Course Settings] in the upper-right corner to configure which tools are enabled in the course.
- Course Access: The course has a set availability period. Students cannot access the course outside this period (though it will still appear in their course list).
- Class User List: If you don’t want students to see the user list, disable this setting.
- Messages: Disable this if you don’t want to use the messaging feature.
Note: Disabling this will also disable email messaging. - Class Collaborate: Disable this if you won’t use the online class tool.
- Student Visibility Settings: If you want to hide students whose enrollment is disabled from the gradebook, enable this setting.
Click the icons below each setting to toggle them on or off.
