At CLE, instructor information and course registration data entered into KOAN by each department's academic affairs office are automatically reflected in the system.
For official courses registered in KOAN (those listed in the syllabus), please contact your department’s academic affairs office for any changes such as adding or removing instructors.
Once registration is completed in KOAN, the data will be reflected in CLE by the next day at the latest, typically within half a day. (User and course information is updated once daily; course registration and instructor assignments are updated three times a day.)
If the data has not appeared in CLE by the following day after KOAN registration, there may have been an error in the input. Please check the registration details again.
