Online Classes
Class Collaborate is a web-based online meeting (lecture) system. It supports up to 250 participants by default and can accommodate up to 500 participants with specific settings.
Collaborate is available for use as soon as the course is published. If you do not intend to use it, you need to set it to be hidden so that students cannot access it. Here, we will introduce how to hide the Collaborate link.
For details on Collaborate settings and other information, please refer to separate documentation.
Steps to Hide
- Access the course and click [Course Settings] at the top right of the course page.
- The course settings page will open. Click [Allow student access] at the bottom of the page and set it to [Off].
Collaborate Settings
- Access the course and click the […] next to Class Collaborate on the right side of the course page.
- A menu will appear. From here, you can manage and configure Collaborate.
Accessing Collaborate
- Access the course and click [Join Session] under Class Collaborate on the left side of the course page.
- A list of sessions will be displayed. If sessions have been created, their names will be displayed under "Course Room."
※ If multiple sessions exist, please announce to students which session they should access.
