How to Access the Lecture Screen
In here, we will take a moment to access the lecture screen and review the process.
- This time, click on the course room, which is always accessible.
- Click on [Join Course Room].
- Access the Lecture Screen.
① Audio sharing It is set to OFF when accessed, so turn it ON.
② Camera Sharing (Webcam) It is set to OFF when accessed. If it‘s okay to show your face, turn it ON.
*If the sharing function is set to OFF in the ’Participant permissions‘ settings, the button will not be displayed. Please see the Part 1 article for details.
What You Can Do on the Lecture Screen
A. Screen Sharing
- Click the detailed menu
- Click the [Share Content] button
- Click [Share Application/Screen], and start screen sharing.

Select the screen/window to share
(If it's not displayed, please check if another browser is Chrome.)
【Caution】
Sharing the entire screen can cause a mirroring effect, so it is recommended to share only the application window.

Click the [■] button, and end screen sharing.
B. Participant Confirmation
Click ①, and you can confirm ②[Participants].
C. メッセージ機能
Click ①, and you can do the following.
A) Search a specific person and Send a chat to him/her.
B) Send a chat to everyone.
D. Feedback from Participants
Students can use the following button to provide feedback.
Feedback by raising hand
- A pop-up is displayed
- Hand-raising icon is displayed in the participants menu
Other feedback

The results of the feedback tally are displayed
- It shows who gave that feedback
*Other feedback will be cleared after a certain amount of time.
【When you want to stop the notification sound】
It can be changed in the notification settings in the settings menu.
E. Whiteboard
- Click the [Share Content] button.
- Click [Share Blank WhiteBoard].

Save the whiteboard as PDF by clicking
button, and end the whiteboard by clicking [■] button.
* The content of the whiteboard will be automatically discarded when the session ends.
* If you want to save it, please click thebutton.
* Whether participants can also use the whiteboard can be configured in the session settings under 'Participant Permissions'.
F. Breakout Groups
For small group sessions, the moderator can create breakout groups. The maximum number of people that can be added to one group is 250.
- Click ①[Share Content] button, and select ②[Breakout Groups].

Perform group assignment and start breakout groups.
(1) ① Select group assignment method. (Custom this time)
(2) Drag and drop participants on top of the group name.
(3) ② Assign required participants, then select the 'Start' button.
(4) ③ Group assignment complete. When the moderator presses the End button, everyone's screen will switch back to the main room.
G. Attendance Check

End the remote lecture.
- Click the ①[…] button next to the Course Room or the list of Sessions, and Click ②[View reports] to display the report.
- Click on the report you want to display.
- Click [Export to CSV], and you can also confirm report with a CSV file.
- When the session is not displayed, you can check past sessions from ′Filter by′.
