Gradebook Display
The Grade Management feature allows you to grade reports and tests and check students' submission status.
To view the gradebook, click [Gradebook] at the top of the screen.
If there are items that require grading, an indicator will appear next to [Gradebook]. If only submissions (not yet graded) exist, an exclamation mark (!) will appear.
Overview List
You can view items requiring grading or submission.
Clicking the name of an item needing grading will take you to the submission page. Click [Grade Now] to go to the grading page.
Clicking the name of an item that needs to be submitted takes you to the submission list page. Clicking [Submit Now] prompts a confirmation message.
List of Gradable Items
Assignments and tests are shown in a list format.
You can navigate to each item’s submission page or publish grades.

Click the item to open its submission page.

Drag and drop to rearrange the order.

Click the […] icon for item-specific actions.

[Analyze Questions] appears only for tests.

If [Automatically publish grades] is not enabled in assignment/test settings, grades must be published manually.

A [Publish] button appears when grades are ready to be released to students.
Grades
You can:

View student grades and submissions in a table format.

Download student submissions and test responses.
-
Filter display using various conditions.

Enter scores directly in the grade cells to overwrite existing scores.
Note: If assignments or tests are ungraded, manual grading is required for scores to be reflected.
Search by student name, student ID, or column title. Candidates will appear as you type.

Grade Cell Behavior
When you click a grade cell, a menu will appear.
You can grade a submission by entering a score directly into the grade cell.
Please note that if the conditions below are not met, the score you enter will be treated as an override grade.
※ In the case of discussion boards or journals, if there is already a student submission, entering a score into the grade cell will grade that submission.
※ For tests, any score entered directly in the grade cell will always be treated as an override grade.

One submission: That submission is scored regardless of grading status.

Multiple ungraded submissions: The latest is graded if all are considered.

Student List
View progress, last access date, student ID, and university ID per student.
Searchable by name, student ID, or university ID. Sortable by column. Click [...] in student row to set extensions or exceptions. Click student name to view individual grades and notes. Progress appears only when tracking is ON.
Student Grades
View all student grades in list form.
Student Activity
View weekly course access averages and grade range trends.
Progress Status
View progress status for assignments and tests.
Notes
Write private notes per student for instructor use only.
Activity Log
Check logs such as assignment/test submissions, with event types and IP addresses.
Events include:

Creating a Grade Schema
Click at the right of the gradebook.
Click [Manage Grade Schemas] in the panel.
The Grade Schema Creation page will be displayed.
To modify the name or grade range of an existing grade schema, click the part you want to edit, or click […] to make changes.
Click [⊕ Add] to create a new schema.
Enter the name of the new grade schema in Add Grade Schema, then click [Add].
Set name and criteria, click [...] to edit values. Add more with ⊕.
[Completion]: The new schema will be added to "Grading by" options in assignments/tests.
Student Display Settings
If a student's course access is disabled, they appear with a strikethrough in the gradebook. To hide them:
From Gradebook:
Click at the right → enable [Hide students who lost access to course].

Click [Course Settings] → scroll down → enable the same option.
