After clicking [Comment], click anywhere in the answer, enter a comment in the input area that appears, and click [Save]. (As a known issue with the PDF viewers built into some browsers, annotations may not display correctly. Use a PDF viewer such as Adobe Acrobat when downloading or viewing an annotated PDF.)
You can also select any text to display the comment icon and other options.
To delete a comment, click the target and then click [Delete Comment] from [...]. For text and other items, click the [Trash] icon in the menu bar that appears when you click the item.
Answer Receipt
A unique number is assigned to each answer submitted by a student, and this number can be used to certify and verify the submission of an answer. An email is also sent to the student when an assignment is submitted, so the answer receipt can also be checked in that email or in the Gradebook. The submission can be verified using the confirmation number in the box.
You can search by entering the confirmation number in [Search Gradebook] in the Gradebook grid view.
