If you are experiencing issues such as being unable to sign in to CLE or the screen not displaying, please check the following and try again.

If an error occurs with your password or MFA
・If you do not know your password or want to change it, please set a new password through the Osaka University Campus-wide IT Authentication Service.
・MFA authentication is required when accessing CLE from outside the university.
If you want to reset MFA (for example, after changing your device), please check here.・For other questions regarding passwords, please contact the Campus-wide IT Authentication Service Contact.

Check your device and browser
・Update your browser (if you are using Chrome, please refer to the following)
Update Google Chrome・Clear cache and cookies
Delete cache and cookies
*Cookies may be blocked, so please set to "Accept all cookies" or, if you cannot set to "Accept all" due to security reasons, please allow only [*.]bbcollab.com.
Delete, allow, and manage cookies in Chrome・Please try logging out and logging back into CLE
・Please restart your computer
・Please confirm that you are using the recommended environment
・Try accessing from another device (computer)
・Please check if your browser is supported using the Browser Checker
