About Individual Registration

Users who have withdrawn from courses cannot be re-registered by instructors. Please fill in the required information in the ★【User Registration Request Form】.xlsx below and send it via the CLE Help Desk Request Form.
* This information is necessary to avoid mistakenly registering students with the same name.

* If the number of users to be added is small, it may be faster to handle it through individual registration.

Bulk Registration (Attribute Specification) / Periodic Updates
Regarding the method to add all users with specific attributes to courses/communities (for example, registering all users with the attribute of student), the operational method was changed from December 2025. For details, please check CLE Top Page "Notices for Faculty and Staff".
* From the perspective of information security, the following are recommended:
・Method for faculty/staff or representatives to individually register users
・Method to self-register courses/communities from the course/community catalog
