07. About Deleting Users from Courses/Communities

Updated

    User deletion can be performed by the representative of the course/community.
    However, information synchronized from KOAN will be restored at the next synchronization timing (approximately the next day).
    In other words, even if a user is deleted from a regular course, they will be re-registered at the next synchronization.
    For regular courses linked with KOAN, please make registration changes on the KOAN side.

    Deletion Procedure

    1. Click [User List] under [Details & Operations]

    2. Click the three-dot leader [...] to the right of the name of the user to be deleted

    3. Click Member Information

    4. Click the trash can icon that appears to the right of the name

    5. Delete Member
      All data including grades will be deleted.

    Deletion of Teachers/Representatives

    Since deletion between teacher/representative roles is not possible, it is necessary to change the role of the user to be deleted.
    Select a role such as student/participant for the user to be deleted, save, and then perform the deletion operation again.
