   Please fill in the required information on the "Course/Community Creation Request Form" and submit it through the CLE Help Desk Request Form.
   ※The self-registration setting for Ultra View courses will be handled by the Help Desk. If this setting is required, please indicate it in the remarks section of the creation request form.

   ※Since internal consultation is required, it may take some time.
